Red Rock Resort Buffet ReviewThe Feast buffet at Red Rock Resort may be the best of the Station Casino buffets (it is either Red Rock or Boulder Station). There are many choices, with live cooking at the Asian, American, and Italian stations. The salad bar is what you would expect at a four star plus Las Vegas hotel, which is to say large, fresh, and well thought out. We had some of the Chinese food, and it was very good. The low mein was not overcooked, and the egg rolls were very good. We also had salad and if we weren’t writing a review we may had just eaten salad, it was that good. The carved meat was slightly dry and disappointing; that is becoming pretty standard in Vegas, unfortunately. Our best advice would be to stick with barbeque food since it does well if it sits for a while in a warm serving tray. The deserts were too good, with fresh ice cream like you would get at a good ice cream shop, and many cake and pie choices.
