Las Vegas Hilton Buffet ReviewThe Buffet at Las Vegas Hilton is unimpressive at first. The buffet has been downsized and the food area and the seating area are compact. Our first impression was this was a buffet that is withering, and may soon be closed. By the end of the meal we were hoping we were wrong. The food was very good. Consistently good. Well prepared and tasty. The steak was great, mildly seasoned and perfectly cooked. The pasta was not overcooked. The salad buffet was smallish but fresh and tasty. Everything they cooked was well made. The service was great, with the server anxious to make us happy by quickly getting and refilling our drinks.
