Boulder Station Buffet ReviewWe visited the Boulder Station Buffet on a Monday in late April 2011 and we were very impressed with the food and service at this bargain locals buffet. We arrived around 8 pm on a Monday, so our expectations weren't too high. It was well past prime time, so we were expecting to find food that had been out for too long. Instead the food tasted freshly cooked - they even had macaroni and cheese that was not mushy, instead it tasted like it had just been prepared. The pork egg rolls were crisp, warm and moist, the carved beef was juicy, and the Chinese food tasted like it was made to order. The desserts were very good, although not as spectacular as the rest of the food. We have eaten at 4 or 5 Station Casino buffets recently, and the Boulder Station Buffet is the best so far.
